Who we are
Mero11 (mero11.com) is a free, non-betting cricket platform for Nepal and the Nepal Premier League. You can reach us at support@mero11.com.
What we collect
Your email address, which you use to log in with a one-time code. If you choose to sign in with Google or X, we receive the name and email address that account shares with us.
Your display name and your preferences (notifications, privacy and language).
What you post on Fan Buzz (posts, replies, likes and reports), and a profile photo and cover image if you add them.
Technical information needed to keep the service safe, such as your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
We do not collect payment details. Mero11 never charges you anything.
What other people can see
Your display name appears wherever you post. Fan Buzz posts and replies are public.
Hover cards are on by default. When someone points at or taps your name, they can see your display name, achievements and, if you have added them, your profile photo and cover image. Your email address and login are never shown. You can turn hover cards off at any time in Profile, then Privacy.
How we use it
To run your account, send the match reminders you opt into, moderate Fan Buzz, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and storage on your device
We use a login cookie so you stay signed in. We also store your theme (dark or light) and language choices, and a copy of recently viewed pages and match data on your device so the app can open quickly and work offline. This stays on your device and is cleared when you log out.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sponsors and links
Sponsor banners may link to other websites. We do not give sponsors your personal information, and we are not responsible for the content of other sites.
Your choices
You can update your profile, notification, privacy and language settings in Profile at any time. To see what we hold about you or to have your account and data removed, write to support@mero11.com.
Security
We use standard industry practices to protect your account data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Mero11 Fantasy
If you play Mero11 Fantasy we also keep your squad and match team picks and the private leagues you create or join. Your display name, squad name, rank and points appear on leaderboards and in private leagues you join, and your squad name and overall rank can appear on your hover card. We use this to score your teams and build leaderboards and private league standings.
